Since his graduation, Craig has taken deep dives into many aspects of the building and supply industry. This included working on, and ultimately managing, contracting teams. Craig mastered the ins and outs of building supply sales at Merritt Lumber in Reading, PA. An injury focused Craig’s efforts on the sales side of the industry. He partnered with the owner of Merritt Lumber to open a home center in Georgetown, DE. Craig moved his wife and two sons closer to the beautiful Delaware beaches. After almost a decade with the home center, he changed careers.
Craig became an independent kitchen cabinet sales representative for national manufacturers. His connections in the industry served him well then and serve him well today. If you need someone who knows someone, Craig is your guy. People remember Craig for his knowledge and innovation. He is well respected in the industry and is sought out for his expertise. Craig’s business grew in proportion to his reputation. He brought on more sales professionals to support that growth. In 2019, Craig started CAB Sales, LLC. Craig’s extensive knowledge of the cabinet industry and discerning tastes created an exclusive group of companies that his team represented. Now that group is down to one company – Fabuwood.
Craig got involved with Fabuwood in 2011. At that time, they were a 2-year-old startup. Now they are the largest independently owned cabinet company in the US. A leader in quality and innovation, Fabuwood embodies the qualities Craig delivers to his customers every day. In 2023, Craig opened a Fabuwood Training Center in Greenbelt, MD. This has become the blueprint for Fabuwood’s Training Centers across the country. It is being utilized by Fabuwood dealers in CAB Sales territory as an extension of their showroom.
Aside from cabinets and connections, Craig’s passions include trains, travel, and time with his family. His granddaughter keeps him busy trying to keep up with her. You might find Craig and his wife Donna touring about Europe. Or, depending on the season, hanging out on the Delaware beaches. Craig and Donna love restaurant hopping and the Delaware beach scene.
Frank's love for kitchens started at a young age, cooking in his father's restaurant. At the age of 22, he moved to the Delaware beaches to pursue his dream of becoming a chef. Pursuing that dream meant splitting his time between personal training in the mornings and working in restaurants at night.
Frank met Craig during that time, who uncovered in him a passion for cabinet sales. Frank joined the CAB Sales team in 2018 and he hasn't looked back since. Frank worked under the close tutelage of Craig for 2 years learning about the design, installation and manufacturing of cabinetry.
Understanding that the kitchen is the heart of the home, Frank uses his history of working in the kitchen with his expertise in cabinetry to give you the best cabinet sales experience. His natural ability to assess the client's needs and offer a solution customized to those needs serves him as well in cabinetry sales as it did in personal training. Frank's experience and intensive training offers you the very best resources to be at the top of your field.
Staying true to his roots, Frank likes to spend his free time in the gym or in the kitchen. His wife, Tori, and two dogs benefit from his passion for cooking. You can also find them outside going for walks through the neighborhoods of Wilmington.
Lisa Deluna is a dedicated Sales Representative at CAB Sales LLC, specializing in partnering with valued dealers for Fabuwood products. With an impressive 25-year career in the kitchen and bath industry, Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her role. Her extensive background includes 16 years in design, where she honed her skills in creating beautiful and functional spaces. That experience provided the foundation for her success when she transitioned to sales.
Throughout her career, Lisa has been recognized for her ability to build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients and partners. Her deep understanding of design principles and her sales expertise allow her to provide exceptional service and support to her dealers.
Lisa resides in Naptown with her husband and their three dogs. When she's not working, Lisa enjoys spending her free time gardening and entertaining friends and family. Her passion for creating beautiful environments extends beyond her professional life, reflecting her commitment to excellence in all that she does.
Phil has been in the construction industry for over 40 years. It began with a successful career managing Lowe’s Hardware stores throughout the southeast. In 2018, he shifted to representing companies in the cabinet industry.
Phil attended college for 1 year after high school and then left to start his career at Lowe’s Companies. In 2018 Phil enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Wilmington to complete his degree in business. He did not seem to fit in because he was much older than the traditional students. To correct this, he became the oldest person to pledge a fraternity in the Carolina system. He is a full brother in the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. After 4 years of working full time and attending classes, he graduated from UNCW, with honors. Phil received his degree in Business in 2022.
He has been very successful in the cabinet industry. He has been called the best representative to work with by many of his dealers. He attributes this to his attention to detail, knowledge of the products that he represents, and his accessibility when needed.
Phil is married to his wife, Charlie, for 41 years, has 3 children and their spouses, and 3 grandchildren. In his spare time, he loves a good round of golf and spending lazy days lounging on the beach with Charlie.
A Delaware native, Casey graduated from Wesley College in 2017, with majors in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice. He graduated on the President’s List while also becoming an All-American offensive tackle. Casey pivoted from law school aspirations and applied his talents to management and sales.
He started by overseeing some Enterprise rental car branches before moving to working for a small cabinet dealer. The challenges he encountered growing that business paralleled the academic rigors of college. Casey continues to meet challenges with the same tenacious vigor to this day. He utilizes his experience effectively to provide insightful support to dealers and promote growth in sales.
Outside of work, Casey enjoys staying active, whether it be in the gym or outside with his seven month old daughter and soon-to-be fiancé. You’ll find him at the beaches or any establishment that serves all you can eat crabs.
